The employer will pay the employee directly for all hours worked. Payment arrangements, including hourly rate, schedule, and method of payment, are agreed upon between the employer and the employee. There is no fee to apply for jobs with our agency. Our agency facilitates the placement process; but does not handle payroll or salary payments. This arrangement allows families and employees to work together directly while maintaining clear and transparent payment terms.

Work with us

To apply with our agency, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• Canadian Police Background Check (or willingness to obtain it)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with one employer in the relevant field (Nanny, Caregiver, or Housekeeping)

• Two strong professional references

• Valid Canadian work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada
