Agency Fees

At Elite Personnel Canada, we are committed to providing a personal and professional service designed to meet your unique needs. We take the time to understand your household and determine the type of employee who will best fit your family, along with the appropriate level of experience required for the role. The fees outlined below are payable our agency only once an employee has been successfully placed with the client.

Employer Fee for Nanny Placement

(This is a one-time fee charged to the employer upon successfully hiring a candidate through our agency.)

The fee covers the full recruitment process, including sourcing qualified applicants, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and verifying references. Our goal is to ensure you are matched with a reliable and well-suited professional, making the hiring process simple and stress-free for your family.

Registration is free for EVERYONE

Once a Nanny has been successfully matched with the family, a placement fee of 10% of the Nanny's first year annual salary is charged to the employer; this fee includes recruitment, background screening, candidate interviews, and administrative support throughout the placement process. Permanent Placement Agency Fees will be calculated as a percentage of the agreed gross weekly salary of the engaged candidate multiplied by 52 weeks.

We offer 8-Month Placement Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our candidates and offer an 8-month placement guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the nanny you hire through our agency within this period, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee. We are committed to finding the right match for your family and will continue to support you.
